We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the game except as permitted by applicable law.
Our games may include virtual currency, items, or other digital goods (“Virtual Items”). All purchases are final, non-refundable unless required by law. Virtual Items have no monetary value outside the game and may be adjusted, modified, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: Cheat, automate gameplay, harass other players, post offensive content, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software. Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.
All game assets, characters, music, code, and designs are owned by Game Studio or its licensors. You may not use them without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or illegal activity. Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease using the Services. You may also delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion section).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden (or your local mandatory consumer laws). Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve informally via support. For unresolved disputes, binding arbitration may apply according to your region. Class actions are waived.
We may modify these Terms with notice (in-game notification or email). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data that we hold. This page explains exactly how we process data deletion, timelines, and what information may be retained for legitimate legal reasons.
You also have the right to request a copy of your data before deletion (portability). Additionally, you may request deletion of specific information (e.g., chat logs or analytics) without closing your account. Use the same email address with the subject “PARTIAL DATA DELETION”.
We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information, we'll contact you. For unresolved complaints, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
